the purpose of one’s existence is to fulfill one’s destiny.

and Jesus is the champion and toast of us all.

and rightly so.

everybody has an end point somewhere in their lives.
the perfect life dreamed.
the family you’ve always wanted.
the best anyone could get anything out of.
the destiny lived.
Jesus knew these more than anyone else, hence He gave isn’t it?
Because to Him, a life worth giving is a life worth living.

the reason for the season.

He challenged what was conventional.

what was normal.

what was safe.

what was labeled as right.

but in truth it is created laws that binds.

it is the practices that restricts.

their words drops a weight so heavy,

their hands paint a whitewashed tomb.

they protect their places with their distortions.

and deviate truth with their lies.

But Jesus is the biggest wind of change that altered humanity.

so ask your motives and check your heart.

because we all.

and would.

and should build His kingdom everlasting.

yet, against all odds, what can a man do against a climate that’s harsh?

against an element he can’t change?

against an epoch that marks and makes the season for change?

yet we can anticipate.

yet we can prepare.

so build for yourself a shelter that weathers the autumn wind.

or the bitterness of winter.

or the brunt of summer.

and return to celebrate life with Him in spring reborn.

let Jesus be your wind of change.

who would have knew?

that we see something that protects as something that restricts.

and we question the apparent obvious in all foolhardiness.

so who would knew better?

clearly,  God’s direction for us doesn’t lie in the past of yesterday or the future of tomorrow but in the present of today.

so what can be clearer than reality revealed?

Matthew 6:34

34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

we face today’s problems with today’s strength.

we place today’s grace for tomorrow’s issues.

hold my hands when I can’t anymore.

lift my spirit still.

rend my heart lest it strays away,

bind me to Your will.

should I see your path of affliction and pain,

let it long remind me.

walk me through your narrow ways.

lead me for Your glory.

cold bread always makes the soup taste warmer. are we satisfied with the leftover of others or we are really hungry for more?

no one can sway between two poles. we are either bystanders unmoved by indifference, or ardent lovers as passionate as Him.

He was passionate till the point of embracing His cross.

what about you?

no wonder you always preferred your soup hot.

cause you’re always eating your bread cold.
